It has been said, "It’s impossible to please all the people, all of the time", but we keep trying. Ideally we try to treat our patients as we would want to be treated. We respect your time and try to run on schedule, but emergencies, circumstances out of our control and issues of greater complexity than anticipated do occur, so we do occasionally run late. We sincerely apologize if you are impacted by such a situation.
